Happy New Year! Create Little Rock is back with plans for an eventful 2023. We hope to see you at our first happy hour this month at Stickz in the River Market District! I’m looking forward to keeping up the momentum we’ve had under the leadership of last year's chairman, Jared Landrum, and I'm thankful he plans to stick around on the board and remain involved. Many of Create Little Rock’s active members who will be familiar faces to you have stepped up into board roles this year, and I’m genuinely excited about the enthusiasm and ideas this team will bring to your 2023 Create Little Rock programs and happy hours. This year, we plan to bring back some crowd favorites like our Arkansas River Cookout this summer and the special joint event with the North Little Rock Young Pros group, as well as new events and locations such as a Create Little Rock Night at a UA-Little Rock Trojans men’s basketball game. I hope to see you at one or all of them, and I hope you’ll come find me to say, “hi!” Create Little Rock aims to showcase why it’s so great to live, work, and play in our Little Rock region, and each of you are one of those reasons why!
