FY 2021 LDC Applications Available Now!
Nearly $20 Million in Grants to
Non-Profits and Government Agencies
FY 2021 Local Development Council Grant (LDC) Applications for Funding are available now on the ACDS and AA County websites. All applicants must submit a completed Community Grant Application and Budget Worksheet to be considered for funding. Community Grant applications will be due November 29, 2019.

The Local Development Council (LDC) is established under the authority of State law in those counties in which a video lottery terminal facility (casino) is located. The Local Development Council’s sole purpose is to advise the County Executive on the needs and priorities of the communities surrounding the Maryland Live! Casino and the expenditure of video lottery terminal funds.

All grants for the LDC Community Grants Program are limited to $40,000. The LDC may consider larger capital grants in unique circumstances, but an organization must be invited to present.

From time to time, the LDC will invite nonprofit organizations & community associations to apply for funding outside of the $40,000 Community Grant process in order to meet an identified need or LDC priority.

Invited applicants will receive a formal invitation, and will still be required to complete the LDC Invitation Grant Application and FY2021 Budget Worksheet to be considered for funding. For FY 2021, Invitation Grant Applications are due on January 31st, 2020
