The registration process for the 2022 CMEA Conference the has been expanded to offer more options for registration and to make the entire process more streamlined and quicker. Did you miss early bird registration (August – October 15) or Pre-registration (October 16 – December 17) for the CMEA Conference? Don’t worry, you can still register on-line using the “on the spot” module and avoid having to register at the last minute. Regular registration is now open until Wednesday, January 19.
Did you miss this deadline? On Thursday, January 20th an “on the spot” registration module will open on the CMEA website. You can use this module to complete your registration up to the time you arrive at the conference, or when you arrive. You will have the option to pay by credit card or to receive an invoice and pay by check or cash at the registration desk. If you use this system to register by 5:00pm Tuesday, January 25 and have paid by credit card you will proceed to the completed registration pick-up area to receive your conference badge. If you are paying by check or cash, you will proceed to the “on-site” registration area to pay and pick up your badge.
Need to renew your NAfMe membership or add an attendance certificate? To renew your membership, you can use this “on the spot” module and renew through CMEA for a higher processing fee. It is best to renew your membership by going to NAfME at this link https://nafme.org/join-renew/ . Make sure you renew before arriving at the conference and bring confirmation of your renewal with you to the conference. If you want to add an attendance certificate you can do this any time before 11:00am Saturday, January 29.
Registration confirmation emails
Registration confirmation emails will be sent to all attendees on Thursday, January 20. This email will contain important information about the conference. Be sure to review this information before you arrive at the conference.
Complete the health and safety protocols
Make sure that you read and review the CMEA Health and Safety Protocols for the January conference. You will find the letter from CMEA President Kevin Beaber at this link.
