PRIVACY: Come have fun, but since we're in a common area we do ask for neighborly behavior. While our host says many of his neighbors are gay and the pool is has been used comfortably by other gay-oriented groups, it's not impossible that his neighbors might join us -- especially if they see what looks like fun happening! But more likely, they'll see that it's a set group and not want to interfere.
VOLUNTEERS: We could ALWAYS use a couple of volunteers, particularly for clean-up. So please let us know in your RSVP if you can lend a hand!
HOLD HARMLESS SIGNING: Upon arriving, everyone will be asked to sign a "hold harmless" form, protecting CMG and the host. If you've signed it before, it hasn't changed. If you haven't read it before, in the interest of moving the line along as people arrive, it would be great if you'd pre-read this short form so you'll come knowing what it says.
NO GLASS BY THE POOL: There will be a table where any glass items can be placed, but please pour contents into non-glass cups before taking them by the pool.
SMOKING: If you need to smoke or vape, please ask the person at the check-in table where the designated area is.
