Salaam and Peace to everyone out there!! Brother Joshua here with you again with three quick messages. First, please read our ENTIRE newsletter. Due to space, sometimes we have to put very important things in the middle or at the end. Just spending a few extra minutes could mean a big deal when looking for a program or opportunity that's right for you.

Second, I had a good meeting with Duke Dining and received an updated list of locations that serve halal on campus. I think you will be pleasantly surprised. Scroll down to our announcements to see ALL the places on campus to enjoy halal food!! mmmm, Bismillah.

Finally, remember the power of prayer. It benefits our own soul and it benefits the ones we pray for. We ask you to pray for the individuals and families affected by the increasing list of countries banned from entering the U.S. We ask that you pray for those affected by the Coronavirus and for God to keep us physically and spiritually healthy by purifying our hearts from fear, anger and hatred. We ask you to pray for all those struggling or going through difficult times here at Duke, in America and the world.

Brother Joshua
