Your Talent Advantage
May 2017

It has been a busy spring season at CMP. As part of our growth, we have had an increase in not-for-profit clients.  This has been a rewarding addition to our client portfolio.  We have learned a lot in the process, a few key insights of which we are sharing in this newsletter.
  • C-Suite on Talent:  Simon Powell, Interim CEO North Texas Food Bank - in this interview, Simon draws on his experience as a leader to provide useful insights on leadership and developing people.

  • Coaching for ROI: Design Coaching for Measurable Business Impact - provides an approach to focus coaching on key outcomes.

In this issue we also provide an overview of our involvement in a great cause - Lighthouse for New Hope.  In addition, we outline some key client coaching approaches and a list of open roles for which we are recruiting.
As always, we welcome your feedback.
Much Regards,
Joe Frodsham
