Rise of the Servant Kings

According to Ken Harrison, CNP Gold Circle member and the chairman and CEO of Promise Keepers and Waterstone, masculinity is the definition of all the positive aspects of being a man. On a recent edition of Family Talk, fellow CNP member Dr. James Dobson interviewed Ken about the biblical definition of manhood and his book Rise of the Servant Kings: What the Bible Says About Being a Man.

"When a man is behaving poorly, he is not being masculine in any sense of the word," Harrison explained. "So to say toxic masculinity is to put a negative effect on a word that describes how God created us."

Learn more about God’s truth and how it is in direct opposition to the cultural lie which claims masculinity is toxic.

Post Election Coverage

Following Tuesday's election, CNP Board of Governors member and Conservative Action Project Chairman Ken Blackwell weighed in for Politico. "Republicans need to go on offense," he asserted. "The GOP needs to push ballot measures in swing states on issues like border security, fighting the crime wave, and parental rights."

In an article for the Christian Post, Secretary Blackwell delved more deeply into the topic of the crime wave. "These are not pesky shoplifting rings. They are international criminal enterprises integrated with elder fraud, money laundering, and traffickers in drugs and people." He continued, "When rogue prosecutors abdicate their responsibility to enforce the law, they create the conditions in which genuinely dangerous syndicates thrive."

ICYMI - You Can’t Win

the Culture War Without

Making Movies

Michael Pack, a documentary filmmaker and former CEO of the U.S. Agency for Global Media, and his son Thomas joined CNP Gold Circle Member and past President Bill Walton for a conversation about how to win the culture wars in America. Thomas Pack is heading up an exciting new venture, Palladium Pictures, which claims to fight back in the culture war by producing feature length films, documentary shorts, and training a next generation of filmmakers through an incubator film training program.

"Conservatives complain that they are losing the culture wars. And they are. But that won’t change until they actually begin producing cultural content that embodies their values and commit real money to the business of storytelling.

You can’t win unless you are in the game," Mr. Walton explained.

"The Left is master of the art of storytelling, and we sometimes use the term, but we don't really do it. Conservatives are best at documentaries that at most are preaching to the choir that pound themes that we all already agree on and don't tell human stories. So they are not really convincing to a broad swath of people," Michael Pack said.

House Speaker Mike Johnson Opens Up About Intersection of Faith, Politics

Past CNP member Mike Johnson was elected as the 56th Speaker of the House. In a recent interview with The Heritage Foundation's Daily Signal, under the leadership of their President CNP Board of Governors member Dr. Kevin Roberts, Johnson discussed how his Christian faith informs his politics.

When asked how he navigates legislating with his deep convictions, Johnson responded that every man and woman on Capitol Hill has a moral code and sense of right and wrong. "There's 435 lawmakers in this body. It is, by design, supposed to be a consensus-building institution," he said. "And so we bring our convictions and our ideas to the table and we work it out with one another."

The Speaker explained he had a mentor who told him, "'Always do the right thing and then let the chips fall where they may.' So that's what I'm trying to do."

Unassimilated, Warring Tribes a Prescription for Collective Suicide

Dr. Victor Davis Hanson, CNP member and Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution, offered his commentary on the current state of immigration and assimilation in the U.S.

"Some nations can find collective success as a single homogeneous people. ... Or equally, but with more difficulty, nations can prosper with heterodox peoples- but only if united by a single, inclusive culture as the American melting pot once attested." Dr. Hanson continued, "But a baleful third option--a multicultural society of diverse, unassimilated, and often rival tribes--historically is a prescription for collective suicide. We are beginning to see just that in America, as it sheds the melting pot and adopts the salad bowl of unassimilated and warring tribes."

He goes on to outline six essential precepts for a multiracial constitutional state wedded to generous immigration.

Dr. Hanson also spoke with CNP Gold Circle Member Rebecca Weber on The Better For America Podcast sponsored by the Association of Mature American Citizens, where Ms. Weber serves as CEO and CNP Board of Governors member Bob Carlstrom is President. Ms. Weber was joined on the podcast by Dr. Hanson to highlight the left-wing ideology that is impacting America.

Everyone Is Welcome Film

Available Nationwide

When Washington, D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser mandated that bars and restaurants check the vaccination status of patrons and deny service to unvaccinated customers, restaurant owner Eric Flannery took a public stand by tweeting, “Everyone is welcome,” indicating his refusal to discriminate against unvaccinated customers. In response, the city shut him down. Everyone Is Welcome tells the story of Flannery’s legal battle to reopen The Big Board and serve the community he loves.

“The Buckeye Institute is honored to stand with Mr. Flannery whose legal battle unfortunately continues,” said Robert Alt, CNP member and President and Chief Executive Officer of The Buckeye Institute and the lead attorney representing Flannery. “Mr. Flannery’s courage combined with his deep love of his community, employees, patrons, and our great nation comes through clearly in the documentary, and his hospitable ‘everyone is welcome’ mantra is an inspiration to all Americans.”

Disrupting the Education System

While Defending Truth

Dr. James Lindsay, CNP member has been exposing woke "experts" and the Marxist education system in America. He sits with PragerU Chief Executive Officer Marissa Streit to discuss how leftist radicals have hijacked our education system to produce citizen activists through racial division, the early sexualization of children, and catastrophic climate change narratives.

"They understood that if they wanted to change society after the radicalism of the 60s failed, they were going to have to go in and transform institutions," Dr. Lindsay said. "You start getting the professional classes saying the same thing for 30 years... and all the sudden you can take the entire apparatus of what we believe and shift it over to be completely without basis."

Students for Life

Mobilization Month

Starting this week, Students for Life of America, under the leadership of CNP member and President Kristan Hawkins, is beginning intensified engagement with pharmacies to encourage them to stay out of the business of abortion. They have highlighted some great resources and efforts from other organizations and have a warning letter that can be sent to individual pharmacies or chains. They are starting with the largest brick-and-mortar outlets, with online outlets to be addressed later. Their goal is to preserve life-affirming businesses, protect medical workers' conscience rights by keeping abortion out of their workplaces, and, most importantly, to save lives by limiting distribution of Chemical Abortion Pills.

Standing With

the Persecuted Church

Frontlines International, a ministry focused on the persecuted church around the world, is served by CNP member Ellen Grigsby. The ministry stands alongside those who live in dangerous places as they seek to bring the light of Jesus Christ to their communities. This includes reaching out to victims’ families, from cold-blooded murders of former Muslims who had become active believers in Christ in their country; being present for Christians after television broadcasts of confiscations and burnings of their full Bibles; providing relief to Christians whose homes and churches have been burned, forcing their relocation to refugee camps, etc. Click below to read Ms. Grigsby's letter and find out more.
