Call for LeadON 2024

LeadON, COA's established development program for future leaders is accepting participants for the 2024 class!

Through LeadON (which stands for Leadership Optometry Network), COA members are given a firsthand experience with COA staff, current and former COA Presidents, and COA leaders to learn the inner workings of our great association. The goal is to educate future COA leaders about all aspects of the structure and function of the COA. Past participants continue to remark that LeadON has been a valuable and influential experience!
