Team Work - #7

NACE Career Readiness Competencies

According to the National Association of Colleges and Employers, professionalism is "building and maintaining collaborative relationships to work effectively toward common goals, while appreciating diverse viewpoints and shared responsibilities." Here are three steps you can take as a Duke to get career-ready:

  1. Collaborate with others on a class project
  2. Attend workshops focused on teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills to gain valuable insights and strategies for effective collaboration
  3. Learn about the importance of teamwork in professional settings
