My friends are talking about classes for spring semester. I know I need to be thinking about registration but I am busy. I am also not sure when I register or what classes I should register for. I don't want to take classes I don't need either. Who can help me figure this out?

Now is the time to be planning for spring registration. We do suggest you schedule a time to meet with your faculty advisor by going to their office during office hours or emailing them to schedule an appointment. COB Faculty Office hours can be found on the COB Student Portal. If your major is still listed as Pre-COB, you can schedule an appointment with an advisor in the COB Advising Center by calling 507-389-2963. Also, from November 11 - December 3, advisors in the COB Advising Center will see students on a walk-in basis from 8:30 AM-4:00 PM Monday-Friday.

Ready to Register But Can't
Dear Ready to Register,
Many registration errors can be taken care of before you register. To find out what your registration error means, please go to the Registrar's website.
If you need to complete a laptop program form, prerequisite override form because you transferred in a course that was substituted for a prerequisite or need a GPA override because you have been admitted to a COB major but your MSU GPA is not a 2.70 (but your cumulative GPA is), we suggest you complete the appropriate form at least 1-2 business days before your registration window opens.
