11th Plague or Another Testament of Parents' Endurance

COJECO invites parents to join this interactive webinar conducted by a mental health expert, Alex Yentin, LCSW-R, CGP (in Russian). Currently parents are stressed by helping their children with school work, in addition to taking care of work, family, and other personal obligations.
This interactive webinar will provide guidance on taking care of ourselves and reducing our own stress level. Self-care is absolutely essential for your ability to sustain mental health and emotional balance to cope with such unpredictable times.
