Council Office Summer Hours

During the Summer months, our Council Office closes at 2pm on Fridays. We have our normal hours Monday-Thursday to serve you with your Scouting needs - Here is our full office schedule through Friday, Sept. 4th:

• Summer Hours: Memorial Day to Labor Day
• Monday – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: Closed or by appointment

Cub Family Weekend - July 24-26

Looking for an opportunity to get outdoors for some camping and fun with your family or Pack this summer?

Join us at Camp Hart for our Cub Family Weekend! You bring the people, and we’ll bring the program, food, and FUN to make for a great time in camp. Check-in starts Friday night at 7pm, and the fun runs through Sunday morning.

MERIT BADGE DAY CAMP at Musser - August 3-7

This camp will be a fun, hands-on week of learning and adventure! Scouts will have the opportunity to work toward a variety of merit badges led by experienced counselors, engage in skill-building activities, and explore new interests in an outdoor setting. Whether they’re discovering a new hobby or advancing on their Scouting journey, participants will leave with new knowledge, new confidence, and great memories from a week packed with achievement and adventure.

WEBELOS & AOL WEEK at Resica Falls - August 2-8

Are you currently a Bear or Webelos looking for more excitement this Summer? Have you ever wanted to camp-out in a tent and experience the FUN of Scout camp?

THEN DO WE HAVE THE PROGRAM FOR YOU!!!

All Scouts who will be in 4th or 5th grade in the Fall are invited to join us at Resica Falls from Aug. 2-8 for Webelos & AOL Week.

This is going to be a mountain-top experience for those who participate. You'll get a full camp experience including sleeping in a tent, eating in the dining hall, and enjoying program!

NATIONAL YOUTH LEADERSHIP TRAINING - August 9-14

National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT) is designed to provide Scouts with leadership skills and experiences they can use in Scouting, school, and life. The courses teach the best in modern leadership theories in the context of traditional Scouting activities.

Swimming, kayaking, or any aquatic activity will have potential hazards, even for advanced participants. Lives can be saved with proper supervision and training; lives can be and have been lost by not following Safe Swim Defense, Safety Afloat and other key aquatics safety practices.

Aquatics safety practices and trainings are designed for authorized swimming and boating activities. Adult leaders supervising those activities must have completed their Safe Swim Defense or Safety Afloat training within the previous two years.

All adult and youth leaders are invited to join us for our Council-wide Program Planning & Recruitment Seminar on Saturday, August 29 from 9 AM – 1 PM at the Cradle of Liberty Council

This is your opportunity to set your unit up for success with hands-on ideas and resources you can use right away. Enjoy a great morning of learning, fun and fellowship, plus lunch is provided at no cost!

Get ready for an unforgettable summer of DINO fun and adventure at our Cub Day Camps! For 2026, we’re offering six camps in communities throughout the council, as well as two weeks of Cub Adventure Day Camps and a week of STEM Adventure Day Camp at Camp Garrison! Registration is live, so sign-up today so your Cub can have a great time at one of our 9 weeks of day camps!

We are excited to announce the 2^nd annual Cradle of Liberty Golf Classic on Monday, August 24th! Please join us at Waynesborough Country Club for a fun day of golf, while also providing much-needed funds for Scouting programs in underserved communities across Greater Philadelphia.

Cub Scouts - Save the Date and make plans to join us for this years' Cub Fall Fest at Camp Hart! We'll be welcoming Cub Scouts and their families on October 10, 11, 17, 18, 24, 31!

More details will follow in June, and registration will open in August!
