We expected to make a decision about the status of the Homecoming Parade today by 3:30 p.m., based on the need to inform the City of Dublin about scheduled street closures tomorrow and the work the City's Public Works Department must do to prepare for those closures.
The City of Dublin, our great partners, has worked with Public Works Department to allow us to push that decision to tomorrow morning at 9 a.m. We are very grateful for the extra time.
We will continue to monitor air quality and anticipated conditions. We will consult with air quality management experts in the morning and we will make the most informed decision on the parade and later in the morning, about our scheduled football games. Safety remains the No. 1 priority in our decision-making.
Continued thanks to the community for their support as we work through this fluid process. We will continue to keep you updated.
