Eligibility & Registration Procedures

Keystone Clubs must have an approved 2022-23 Silver, Gold or Legacy charter to attend the National Keystone Conference.

  • There is still time to submit your charters! Click here to submit your charter.
  • Eligible Keystone Clubs will be registered on a first-come, first-served basis within their designated timeframes (see dates above).
  • The registration fee is $175/person (members and advisors).
  • Once Clubs register and pay registration fees, they’ll receive a link to reserve their hotel rooms. Everyone attending the conference must stay at the Keystone Conference host hotel, the Sheraton Dallas Hotel. The rate for all room types (single/double/triple/quad) for the conference is $231 per night plus taxes and fees.

Registration closes the day after the final registration deadline or when the maximum number of attendees is reached, whichever occurs first. If registration is closed due to capacity, a waiting list will be established.

We understand our Keystoners and advisors work all year to reach the National Keystone Conference, and we do everything in our power to avoid the need for a waiting list. However, the safety of our Keystoners and advisors is paramount, therefore once the maximum number of teens and advisors that can be safely accommodated is reached, BGCA will close registration.

Covid-19 Protocols

BGCA is committed to providing a conference environment that adheres to recommended health protocols, allowing you to focus on getting the most out of your conference experience.

We know that COVID-19 is here to stay. As we shift from a pandemic to an endemic, the way we respond has changed, as well. We now know more than ever and are better prepared to manage risks on an individual level.

BGCA has updated our protocols and will no longer require vaccination or COVID-19 testing of National Keystone Conference attendees. We will continue to monitor COVID-19 trends and assess the risk of transmission, while also adhering to applicable state and local mandates. Mask wearing is optional. We strongly encourage those who are feeling unwell at the time of the event not to attend the National Keystone Conference.
