The virtual conference link will ACTIVATE on Saturday 10 September, 2022 (9:00AM GST/UAE Time). You can login once the conference starts.

Here are ways to access the virtual conference.

When using a LAPTOP, follow these steps:

• Step 1: Click on the link to access the virtual platform
• Step 2: Login with your email address
• Step 3: Click on the live sessions you wish to attend

When using mobile devices / tables, follow these steps

• Step 1: Download the MENACONF APP through
• AppStore (Iphone Users) | Google Play (Android Users)
• Step 2: Open the ‘MENACONF’ App
• Step 3: Click on the name of the conference “Corniche Hospital.."
• Step 4: Click on the LIVE SESSION icon
• Step 5: Login with your registered email address
• Step 6: Watch the live sessions

General Information

• The virtual conference link will be active on Saturday10 September, 2022. Please refer to the agenda for the timings.
• Log in with your registered email address
• Kindly ensure to get inside the Virtual Conference Platform, 15 minutes before the program starts. Click here to view the conference agenda
• Participants may log-in with different devices but they cannot be logged-in simultaneously on multiple devices at the same time
• CME Hours will be computed based on the sessions you have attended
• 2 weeks after the event, the delegate will receive an email instruction to download the certificate upon completing the online evaluation

How to access the conference portal & view the conference sessions:

• Select which your device preference and follow the steps as mentioned
• For desktop/laptops: Once you login your email address, you will be redirected to the virtual lobby
• Select the track you wish to attend by checking the agenda and click on the blinking pointers
• Typically, you will see a black screen indicating that the conference streaming has not yet started
• Interruptions and delay will depend upon your internet connection
• Conference holding banner is usually displayed at the beginning and end of the presentation to signify the start and/or end of presentation.
• General reminders will be announced by either the moderator, chairperson or MC. Kindly listen to those important announcements
• Please make use of the ASK A QUESTION tab for asking questions related to the presentation/ topic.
• Please feel free to navigate freely on the website / mobile app to see the agenda, general sessions, speakers’ biography and other information related to the conference

How to receive your CME certificate

• CME Certificates will be provided for those who have attended the sessions on the day of the event
• CME Certificates will be made available 14 days after the event
• All delegates are required to do the evaluation/feedback survey of the conference before they are able to download their certificates
• Instructions on how to download the certificate will be included in the newsletter email sent to your registered email address
• If you have not received any email after 2 weeks, you can visit www.menaconference.com website, click on the DOWNLOAD CERTIFICATE button for the list of conferences with available certificates for download
