Dan Fowler,

Board Chair & Founder of Homeless Solutions Coalition of Clackamas County (HSCCC)



Dan Fowler is the Board President and founder of the Homeless Solutions Coalition of Clackamas County (HSCCC), an organization he launched in 2016 to champion collaborative, compassionate solutions for regional housing instability. A dedicated civic leader, Dan served two terms as the Mayor of Oregon City in the 1990s and has spent over four decades driving local economic development and community advocacy. As a prominent local business owner and historic preservationist, he bridges the gap between public service, business leadership, and philanthropy to create a stronger, more supportive community for everyone in Clackamas County.

Brandi Johnson,

Executive Director of LoveOne and Executive Director of The Father's Heart



Brandi Johnson is a lifetime resident of Clackamas County who serves as the Executive Director of LoveOne and the Executive Director of The Father's Heart Street Ministry. Professionally identifying as a “Kindness Broker,” Brandi specializes in breaking down community silos to build trust, establish radical empathy, and seamlessly connect vulnerable neighbors to vital life resources. Over nearly a decade in non-profit management, she has engineered highly effective, mobile community resource networks that deliver clean laundry, hot showers, fresh meals, and case management directly to unhoused individuals. Brandi holds a degree in communication with a focus on advocacy and relational communication from Marylhurst University, a formal certificate in conflict resolution, and actively drives county-wide collaborative infrastructure as a board member of the Homeless Solutions Coalition of Clackamas County (HSCCC).

Stephanie Hollingshead

Director of Programs and Impact at Love One & The Father's Heart



Stephanie Hollingshead drives the daily operational execution of frontline care as the Director of Programs & Impact for The Father’s Heart Street Ministry, while also serving as a Program Director for LoveOne Community. Stationed at the center of Clackamas County's housing crisis, Stephanie oversees the critical, collaborative programming for mobile resource hygiene, day shelters, and transitional housing networks. Blending a robust professional background in operations management and community healthcare, she develops high-impact, data-informed frameworks to maximize resource efficiency and guide vulnerable community members toward lasting stability.

Vahid Brown

Deputy Director for Clackamas County



Vahid is the Deputy Director of the Housing & Community Development Division for Clackamas County. Vahid oversees the local implementation of regional Supportive Housing Services, converting public funding into critical rent assistance, eviction prevention, and emergency shelter infrastructure. Uniquely bridging public sector administration with frontline roots, he was also one of the original community founders of Portland's self-governed shelter village, Hazelnut Grove.

Chris Aiosa

Director of Project Development at The Father's Heart



Chris Aiosa is a dedicated housing advocate, military veteran, and the Deputy Director of Project Development at The Father’s Heart Street Ministry. With over ten years of executive experience in affordable housing and emergency shelter management, Chris specializes in transforming complex grassroots initiatives into highly structured, impactful community resources. Having previously co-founded and expanded the veteran-focused housing network Do Good Multnomah, he now channels his collaborative expertise into Clackamas County, partnering with regional stakeholders to establish secure, dignifying, and permanent pathways out of homelessness.

Tara Wanstall

Owner of Watershed Cafe in Oregon City



Meet Tara Wanstall, the owner and founder of downtown Oregon City's Watershed Cafe! Since opening in 2024, Watershed has become a warm, community-focused hub for quality coffee, cocktails, and fresh food. Before pivoting to the restaurant industry, Tara spent over 15 years as a tech executive, including a seven-year tenure at Amazon. Today, she channels her leadership into the local community as the Board Chair for Community Warehouse—a nonprofit tackling housing, homelessness, and food insecurity across the Portland metro area. Join us to hear her unique perspective and vital input on this topic!
