Deacon Nomination: It’s time for the annual process of deacon nomination. Nomination forms were mailed but may also be picked up at all Information Desks. Turn forms in to the Office or your LifeGroup by Sunday, March 21st.

Student Hour is on Wednesday nights for MIddle & High School from 6:00-7:30p in the Student Center. Join us for worship, relevant teaching, and an opportunity to connect with others. The Student Cafe opens at 5p. You belong here!

College Hour, a Wednesday Night weekly worship service for college students in the area. Doors will open at 7:30pm with Worship at 8pm in the East Venue.
College LifeGroups meet at 9:00am in the East Venue. Learn how to live out your faith and reach campus while connecting with other students. All college students and 18-25 years olds are welcome.

The 2021 Spring Women's Retreat is coming!! Retreat dates are April 29 - May 1. The entire weekend will be on the North Monroe campus with plenty of room to spread out and adhere to COVID-19 guidelines. Registration will go live on Sunday, March 14th from 8:00am-2:00pm at retreats.northmonroe.com.

Olanchito, Honduras 2015
Opportunities are opening up to travel. The end of this month and the first of March, NM will be traveling to the Dominican Republic and then on to Honduras.
In the Dominican we have been asked to plant a new church in the area of Punta Cana. Even as we go, we are looking ahead for future ministry opportunities.
In Honduras, we are going to explore opportunities for NM to go and teach God’s word. They are beginning a sewing ministry. If you are a seamstress, would you be willing to go and teach how to sew? Also, there will be opportunities to help in the distribution of eye glasses and sharing the gospel message.
There is an area of ministry where you can make a difference ~ Each of us can make a difference.
During this time of civil unrest in Myanmar, please pray for God’s will to be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Please continue to pray for us as we share the love of Christ. Also, pray for safe travel and health during this time.

Mission opportunities:
If you or your Life Group is interested in helping with a community mission project, contact the church office (343-4730).
Desiard Street Shelter: If you or your Life Group would be interested in helping provide/serve a meal for 20-40 people on the third Thursday of the month from 4:30 – 5:30.
Ray of Hope (A Food Bank agency at 1835 Winnsboro Road): Mondays: Distribute food boxes any time between 8am – 4pm (lunch provided for volunteers). Wednesdays & Fridays: Prepare food boxes for Monday distribution between 8am – 12noon; Thrift store: price and put out goods. Groups of 10 – 12, call to make arrangements with Karen (318.348-3144) ahead of time.
Seeker Springs Ministry (1280 Okaloosa Road, Eros, LA) needs help with carpentry, landscaping and cleaning. Contact Terry Slawson at 318.249.4495.
