REMINDERS
Annual Report Forms are now available.
The deadline is 12 November 2021
The 2020/2021 Annual Report is an invitation to share the story of your ministry with UFMCC. We have worked to make the report personal, with more focus on the people and stories behind the statistics. Of course, there is some statistical information needed, but this year you will also find space to share stories with us. If your church or primary contact person did not receive the Annual Report email with the instructions and form, please let us know at [email protected]. If you have questions about the Annual Report, please contact [email protected].
Annual Clergy License Renewal
No matter where you are located, you are encouraged to renew during the October 1st through November 30th timeframe. Clergy, remember that 2 contact hours of your CEU’s must focus on anti-racism, anti-oppression, or anti-colonialism.

Treasurers, if your church pays for or reimburses your pastor(s) clergy license expense, please note the rates and timelines for this year and also include this in next year's budget.

For clergy under the US/Canada protocol, the early bird renewals will be from Oct 1st through November 30th, 2021. The early bird rate will be $175 USD.
The regular rate license renewal is from December 1st through February 28th 2022 and the new rate will be $325. If licenses are not renewed by this final date, the person will have resigned their credentials.

Please be in touch with the Vocational Leadership Coordinator Rev. Cathy Alexander if you need assistance or have questions. She may be reached at [email protected].
NOVEMBER
WATCH FOR TIME CHANGES!
Be sure of your time zone conversions.
Many countries do not observe daylight saving time. For others, this is a time when the part of the world moves their clocks ahead while others move back. It can be a confusing time when doing time zone conversions.

Australia changed their clocks on October 3rd and New Zealand changed on September 26th!
The USA (except for Arizona and Hawaii), Cuba, and most of Canada change their clocks on November 7th.
Finland, Germany, Italy, and the United Kingdom change on October 31st.
Most of Mexico change their clocks on October 31st, however the western states change on November 7th and there are two states that do not observe Daylight Saving Time.

How do you plan to fund your ministry in the future?
It’s time to rethink everything. As we live in an ongoing pandemic reality, the financial sustainability of our congregations, clergy and religious institutions is an interesting challenge. It can feel overwhelming. Yet if we can harness a new imagination, we may be coming into one of the most exciting times to be in ministry. The Courageous Economy Online Summit will explore how we get to a more sustainable and equitable future. Through interviews with influential North American faith, non-profit and business leaders, the Courageous Economy Online Summit will equip you with the audacity, connections, and practical advice to be active leaders in manifesting God’s economy.
