The festival in the Common will run from 12pm-3pm.

  • Check out the official Boston Pride website for more specific information and timing of events.

The Pride Liberation Seder, held during Pride month, uses the model of the Passover Haggadah to tell the story of the liberation of the LGBTQ+ community. The Haggadah is adapted to provide queer history, explain the variety of queer symbols, and furnish a platform for people to tell their personal stories of their LGBTQ+ experiences. Everyone is welcome to attend!

Help Us Meet Our End-of-Year Goals!

Temple Sinai's Annual Giving Campaign needs your help to reach our end-of-year goals! Our fiscal year ends June 30, so time is running out. Please make sure your gift is received by June 25 so that it can count this year. You can send a check to Temple Sinai, writing "Annual Giving Campaign" in the memo line, or make your gift online using the link below. Your generosity, no matter the size of your gift, makes a huge difference, keeping Sinai strong and vibrant so that it can keep us connected as a community and to our Judaism.

If you have already made an Annual Giving Campaign gift, THANK YOU SO MUCH!

THANKS TO EVERYONE FOR CONSIDERING AN END-OF-YEAR GIFT!

Call for Sinai Ambassadors!

What is a Sinai Ambassador?

One of the tasks of the Sinai Membership Committee is to welcome new members into the congregation and we need your help. We are looking for people who are excited to meet with new members in the congregation to connect them with the various different offerings at Temple Sinai. We would put you on a list of people doing this important work and helping us think through how best we can be doing our welcoming work at Temple Sinai. If you have questions or to express interest, send an email to Jeremy Wolfe. Thank you!

Tzedek@Sinai: Act Now to Protect Medicaid Funding

Fight Back NOW to Protect Medicaid Funding! Proposed cuts to Medicaid would rip away health care coverage from over 9 million people across the nation. We have the chance to stop these cuts if we act now. A handful of vulnerable members of Congress will be the deciding votes. Join GBIO, JALSA, Health Care For All and our MA partners in calling progressive constituents in these members’ districts to ask them to tell their representatives: Don’t cut Medicaid!

Please sign up for zoom phone banks, starting May 19th at this link.

Organizers will provide training and help people get set up to make calls. You can make a real difference!

Tzedek@Sinai: Donation Drive for Haitian Immigrants

Tzedek@Sinai is having a gently used clothing/household items/linens drive for IFSI Immigrant Family Services Institute-Boston. Please bring these items bagged or boxed and leave them in the lobby or the Bridal Room. If you wish to donate funds, you may do so through their website. If you have further questions please contact Marsha Canick or Lynn Shyevitch.

Rather than charging fixed amounts for member "dues," the SinaiPromise membership model provides information about the amount needed to sustain Temple Sinai each year and enables every household to voluntarily pledge and contribute an amount of their choice to financially support our synagogue. Your membership contributions are vital in helping us continue to offer enriching programs, maintain our facilities, and foster our vibrant community!
