Heavenly Father, hear my prayer...
I don’t know all the challenges my friend is facing right now, but you know all that lies before them. I hear their sighs, you hear their prayers. I see a smile they hide behind, you see their tears. I know what they give to others, you know what’s been taken from them. I see a beautiful heart, you see the scars from years of pain etched upon their soul. I marvel at their faith and tenderness, you know their doubts and fears.
Grant them confidence to release today, tomorrow and every day into your hands and grant them courage to trust that whatever may come to pass, You will be with them to overcome it. Amen
