You must complete your profiles (member & organization) before you can use the CONNECTS system to schedule meetings at the conference. About CONNECTS .

Update your profiles & access CONNECTS from the task manager on your ETC dashboard . (Must be logged in)

  • Once profiles are complete, the CONNECTS icon will appear on your member dashboard's task manager.
  • Click on the icon to request meetings with colleagues.
  • Read the <Reason for requesting a meeting> before confirming or declining.
  • Pending requests will show on your task manager.
Your timely response to pending meeting requests is a professional courtesy appreciated by all, so please check the CONNECTS scheduling tool often.
Community Dinner
The 2019 Community Dinner will be held Tuesday, January 29th at 8pm at the Warehouse, in Montgomery's trendy entertainment district.

This venue is wonderfully conducive to an evening of collegial networking and progressive dining!

Friends & Family Tickets
Several events are open to your friends & family. If you would like someone to join you, please complete the friends & family ticket form .

Tickets for friends & family are invoiced separately and can be picked up with the conference delegate's registration materials.
Sustainable Tourism
Each year, we have been making the conference more environmentally and culturally sustainable.

Steps taken include adding more sustainable travel sessions, to migrating to Tier 2 cities (where local communities directly benefit), to using stations with mugs and glass, to reducing paper consumption.
