March 2023

Chief's Welcome

As you begin to plan your spring break or summer vacation, please sign up for our Vacation Watch Program. Visit the City website and register for an officer or one of our volunteer Citizens Auxiliary Police Services (CAPS) officers to check all your doors and windows to make certain your home is safe and sound while you are out of town enjoying some much needed rest and relaxation. It's an extra piece of mind knowing Johns Creek’s finest are diligently protecting one of your most valuable assets.

We are here for you 24/7. I’ve had residents tell me before they don’t want to bother us but please remember, we are always open and willing to help or guide you in the right direction for resolutions to issues big or small.

Blessed, honored, and proud to serve our very supportive Johns Creek community!

~ Chief Mark Mitchell

City Council recently presented Life-Saving Awards to Johns Creek Police Officers Tyler Chaney, Blake Harris, Nicholas Johnson, Jonathan Ware, Cole Tyson, Robert DeRouchie, Gavin Owens, and Boyd Sutton for their response during various calls for service in 2022. The incidents would have ended with a loss of life if not for the quick thinking, rapid response, and training of these dedicated officers. Thank you for your service!
