What's New for 2025

Spring 2025

The Spring 2025 semester is in full swing, with students returning to classes January 13th. Our Spring 2025 curriculum is as follows:

  • Careers in Agriculture
  • Occupational Safety
  • Medical Terminology
  • Medical Coding & Transcription
  • Anatomy & Physiology for Health Sciences
  • Computer Concepts & Software Applications
  • Computer Networking I
  • Introduction to OS & Security
  • CDL Theory

2025/2026 Curriculum

Although this semester has just begun, we're already working to finalize the curriculum for Fall classes. Here's a look at the confirmed courses:

  • Explore CORE
  • CDL Theory
  • Automotive Technology Concepts
  • Drone Pilot Training Program

Happy Hot Chocolate Day!

After a month of getting back into the swing of classes, CORE Academy provided the students to breakfast on National Hot Chocolate Day!


Hot chocolate and donuts were available to all CORE Academy students on January 31st. Students chatted with Director Jerry Tkachuk while enjoying an unexpected treat to start the day.

Kevin Stundon - Workforce Readiness Chair


Kevin currently works as Sr. Customer Solutions Manager at Rural King and has extensive experience and education on workforce management, operations and customer experience. 

Amber Goeckner - Programs & Curriculum Chair


Amber currently works as an Instructional Training and Design Lead. She has extensive experience in adult learning, needs analysis, design & development of curriculum, as well as evaluation methodologies to ensure effective course outcomes. She also has experience in teaching at the high school level.
