CITY MANAGER'S MESSAGE

Join the Conversation: Coffee with Council

Are you looking for an opportunity to connect with your City Council in a relaxed, informal setting? The Lacey City Council wants to connect with you, too, and invites you to grab a cup of coffee and join us for the City's new Coffee with Council quarterly event.

Coffee with Council is a new City Council initiative to meet community members where they are and hear about their experiences in Lacey. It’s an opportunity to meet informally with a few City Councilmembers, ask questions, share ideas, and discuss topics that matter most to you. There’s no formal agenda or presentation — just casual conversation and a chance to get to know your Councilmembers.

Our first Coffee with Council will take place:

  • Date: Thursday, July 23
  • Time: 7:30 - 8:30 a.m.
  • Location: Cutters Point Coffee | 5831 Lacey Blvd SE (near the Lacey Post Office).

Councilmembers Lenny Greenstein and Maren Turner will be there to listen, answer questions, and engage with community members.

Whether you'd like to learn more about City projects, ask about local services, or simply introduce yourself, we invite you to stop by. No RSVP is required — just grab a cup of coffee and join the conversation.

We hope to see you there!

— Rick Walk
