CORRECTED INSTRUCTIONS: Tribes now eligible for Opioid Overdose Emergency Medication

The information regarding Naloxone distribution for Tribes sent October 9 contained correct information regarding the settlement and allocation of Naloxone for Tribes. However, the information on completing the application was incorrect. Please see the correct instructions below.


There is a specific process for Tribal participation in the Naloxone distribution agreement with Teva Pharmaceuticals, which is separate from the general Teva Participation Form. 


In order to receive the free Naloxone, please follow the process outlined below by the October 15, 2023 deadline.


Important: You must have an active account registered with the Tribal Opioid Settlements Website to access and complete the “Naloxone Interest Form.”


A.    If you DO NOT have an existing account

  • Go to www.TribalOpioidSettlements.com
  • Select “Portal Login” from the Menu ribbon at the top of the screen.
  • Choose “Create Account” on the Login screen and provide the required information.


B.   If you DO have an existing account


Once logged in, complete the “Naloxone Interest Form.” To complete the form:

  • Visit your Tribe’s profile page
  • Select “Forms” from the Tribe Information dropdown menu, and scroll down to the bottom of the page
  • You should see the “Naloxone Interest Form” available for selection
