Scott F. Vender has 40 years of experience counseling high net worth investors and families. Along with investment management, Scott advises on estate freeze techniques, wealth transfer, family dynamics, philanthropy, business succession planning, liability management, insurance and asset protection for families and business owners. Scott is among the select few Advisors to be named a Morgan Stanley Family Wealth Director. Scott is also a Senior Portfolio manager. He is a Friends of ELNET supporter and manages the FELNET Legacy Society Fund.
Jeffrey A. Zaluda is a partner in HMB’s Private Client, Trusts and Estates Group. With over 30 years of experience helping people manage the their wealth across generations in all aspects of family, philanthropic, and business planning. Jeff has been actively engaged in Chicago’s civic and Jewish philanthropic communities for many years, most recently as President of the Jewish Council on Urban Affairs, including being a recipient of its prestigious Rabbi Marx Social Justice Award. Jeff’s spouse, Deb Zaluda, serves on the Jewish National Fund – USA National Board, and one of their daughters served in the Israel Defense Forces.
