Summer Schedule Change Survey
Dear St. Thomas family,
As we get closer to another Pentecost Sunday on Green Mountain and the arrival of summer, your church clergy and staff have begun to discuss the idea of changing up our Sunday worship schedule during the upcoming summer months of June and July.
With the huge success we’ve seen in the return of our 5pm Sunday evening Eucharist (...over 60 worshipers nearly every Sunday so far!), we are debating adjusting our summer Sunday worship schedule to at 10am Eucharist & a 5pm Eucharist. If we were to make this summer adjustment, we would still offer breakfast every Sunday in the Parish Hall at 9am, but our morning worship would now begin 30 minutes earlier at 10am, and we would suspend the 8am Eucharist from June 4th through July 30th. Our second Sunday worship offering for June and July would move to the “Laid Back” Holy Eucharist in the Nave at 5pm. This would be our summer schedule of Sunday worship until we return to our regular 8am, 10:30am, and 5pm schedule on Sunday, August 6th.
In order to find out how the parish community feels about this possible adjustment to Sunday worship times this summer, we have put together a short online survey. We invite everyone who’d like to weigh in to take just a few minutes to answer the three short questions and give us your feedback. Simply click on the icon button below now to add you voice to the discussion! We hope to present the final decision by Sunday, May 21st.
Thank you!
