STEM & CAREER FAIR GROUP ASSIGNMENTS ARE NOW AVAILABLE

STEM & Career Fair group assignments have been made and are now available in the Attendee Hub. Assignments are randomized and will continue to be assigned as new attendees register.

Register before October 14 to see your STEM & Career Fair group assignment in the Attendee Hub. Attendees who register after October 14, will receive their assignment at onsite registration.

SAVE YOUR SEAT

RESERVED SEATING IS NOW AVAILABLE

Seats are limited, and reservations are first come, first served. The first wave of reserved seating is now open in the Attendee Hub for select SHPE2026 meal functions and special events.

A reservation holds your place at the event. If your plans change, please update or cancel your reservation in the Attendee Hub so another attendee can claim your seat.

Standby lines will be available onsite for unclaimed spots.

IMPORTANT: These are the only events that require seat reservations. Adding workshops, panels, networking events, or other sessions to your agenda does not reserve a seat — it simply helps you plan your convention schedule.

Hospitality Suites will be held on Wednesday and Thursday evening. Access is invite-only, and invitations are typically extended by participating companies to attendees they would like to connect with during convention.
