Somerset County: Volunteers Sought for Fall Leaf Clean-Up and other Volunteer Services Residents of all ages can register to volunteer. Remarks Changes: After September 23, there will be changes to the various remarks fields in the GSMLS system. Client Remarks and Additional Client Remarks will be combined into a single Client Remarks field.

Closed Listing Policy Productivity Report: It’s that time of year again when agents need to review their productivity to make sure proper credit has been recorded for sales. After October 29, no changes will be permitted to Selling Agent productivity.

New Enhancement of Emailing Documents A new simpler way to send sellers disclosures, lead paint disclosures and other documents directly to clients has been added to the GSMLS members system. After completing your search, select the listing for which you wish to email your client and the email form will display a new section “Documents to Attach” where you select the documents you wish to include to your client. (This section is only available when selecting one MLS# to send to your client). As a reminder you should review each document before emailing to your client as the document may contain information such as the agent/broker information that you may not wish to share with your own client.
