In the accounts of the life and ministry of Jesus an essential teaching was “the Kingdom of Heaven is within you.” This teaching can have a practical application to our life today when we can recognize that everything is expressed and realized from this Kingdom of Heaven within. Join us this Sunday to direct attention to our thoughts, attitudes, feelings, actions and beliefs as we manifest the Kingdom of Heaven here and now.

Enjoy a soundscape that is an unforgettable and relaxing experience with Didgeridoo, Native American Flute, Quartz Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Gongs, and Chimes. There will be colorful lights and beautiful relaxing aromatherapy.

1 to 1.5 hours and a brief time for sharing upon completion
Bring a yoga mat or pillow along for comfort.

Gentle Chair YOGA in the Sanctuary Fridays at Noon!
Come relax and enjoy a soft, therapeutic practice, aligning your body and comforting your spirit; breath-work aimed at releasing hidden stress. Chairs, blocks and straps will be used as props. Joyously practice the ancient tradition with yoga instructor Su Choy with over 500 hrs and 15 years of experience.
