CORRECTION

The June 11, 2025 Digest incorrectly described the work of the Watsonville Administrative Commission (WAC)

and the Watsonville Public House.

Presbytery established WAC in 2019 to establish a new ministry in Watsonville using the real estate assets of the former United Presbyterian Church-Watsonville. The result of WAC’s work has been in establishing Somos. 

No funds from UPC-Watsonville have been used for Watsonville Public House, nor is there any connection between WAC and Watsonville Public House. Watsonville Public House was established using Presbytery funds and has its own non-profit board.
