NEW ENTRANCE-During School Hours-Stillman Road Doors: Beginning December 3rd

8:00am-3:00pm

*This does not affect morning car drop off or afternoon car pick up*

We wanted to inform you of a new security measure to ensure the safety of our school community. Begining Dec. 3, during school hours, all parents, guardians, and visitors will be required to enter the school using the Stillman Road entrance. We have newly installed security doors to create a vestibule at this entrance. This new vestibule will be used for:

Dropping off items
Bringing in students who arrive late
Early pickups
and more.

If you need to access the school during school hours, please use the Stillman Rd. doors

Press the intercom button at the security door.
Wait for a staff member to respond and confirm the purpose of your visit.
Once cleared, you’ll be granted access to the vestibule where you can leave items for a student or wait for students for pick up/drop off.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we implement these enhanced security measures.

Holiday seasons are exceptionally busy at school so please be sure to check your student’s Thursday folder- Read the Chronicle and check your texts and emails. We don’t want students to miss anything but as in life- lots of our activities do have deadlines.

Picture ReTake Day- tomorrow- Friday, November 22 in the morning. Students who are having retakes done may dress up. Please bring the pictures that you did not want to turn into Ripcho.

Faith Families Thanksgiving Prayer Service/Lunch- Tues., Nov. 26- We are looking forward to our Faith Families joining together for a Thanksgiving Lunch and prayer service. This is a wonderful time for us to pray and be thankful for all that we have. We are so thankful for our school community, family, and friends.

Thanksgiving Break- Wednesday, Nov. 27- Monday, Dec. 2. School will resume on Tuesday, December 3 (WeGiveCatholic Day!)

We are still collecting clean plastic gallon milk jugs for a Catholic Schools Week activity! Should you have any to donate, please send them with your student. We appreciate your help in creating an exciting learning opportunity for our students!

Young Entrepreneurs' Pop Up Shop- Gr. 3-8 Do you and your friends want to showcase your talents and hobbies? Sharpen up on your designing, marketing and money skills! All proceeds from your sales are yours to keep or donated as you choose.

Tomorrow is the last day to donate items to the NJHS Food Drive! Thank you to all those who have participated.

WOW! Our Box Tops are a great way to help support COS students and activities! Don't want to scan? Send your recipts to the school office and our coordinator will take care of it for you! Please label your envelope.

Angel Scholarship Fund

Remember- all Ohio taxpayers may receive a 100% tax credit against their Ohio Income tax liability for donations to our organization through this fund.

Each of our families can apply for tuition assistance in the form of a scholarship from the Angel Scholarship fund.

Anyone can donate! Feel free to share this with family and friends!
