Dear Friends,
This Sunday will be our stewardship ingathering. Everyone present at our services will be invited to come forward to place their 2025 stewardship pledge form on the altar as a part of our offertory. This tangible act embodies the fundamental truth that our pledges are our offering to God in thanksgiving for what God is doing in our lives and the gifts we have received. Church of Our Saviour is the place that we entrust to steward the time, talent, and treasure that we are giving to God.
If you have not yet, I encourage you to take a moment this week and go through the stewardship material that was sent to you at the beginning of the month (you can also access it here). Take a moment to pray, listen for the leading of God’s Spirit. Where is God asking you to stretch and grow your faith in the year ahead? Then fill out the form and bring it with you Sunday. If you are not going to be present for services, you can email or drop your pledge off at the office. If you complete an online form, it will automatically be provided to the office.
Church of Our Saviour is able to fulfill its mission and engage in ministry because of the generous support and commitment of our members. Thank you. Thank you for all that you do and offer.
Faithfully yours,
Fr. Alan

Sunday Experience Survey & Listening Session |
Although we continue to encourage parishioners to fill out the Sunday Experience survey either in person or online here, the Sunday Experience committee wants to offer a further opportunity for those who want to share their thoughts on our trial period and the overall Sunday program. To that end, we will be hosting a Zoom listening session on Tuesday, October 29th, at 7:30 p.m. Please feel free to join us and make sure we are able to hear from everyone possible. As we discern the best ways to move forward as a community, we are very intent on including as representative a sample of our community’s thoughts as we possibly can. We look forward to seeing you there.

All Saints Sunday | November 3 |
In addition to celebrating the saints of the Church, we will also be remembering loved ones who have died:
-
The names of parishioners, family, and friends who have died in the last year (since Nov.1 2023) will be read as a part of our Prayers of the People. Please send Br. Will White an email with these names to include in this rite by Wednesday, October 30.
-
You may also make a donation for flowers in memory of any loved one who has died, regardless of when. The names of these individuals will be included in the bulletin. Flower donations and names should be sent to the office also by Wednesday, October 30. Donations above and beyond what is necessary for special floral arrangements on All Saints Sunday will be used for flowers at future services. Online altar flower contributions can be made here.
