Annual Re-Registration
The annual RSO Re-Registration process is underway. This is a multi step process, with all the requirements listed below. Please ensure you keep track of deadlines and requirements to successfully Re-Register your organization.
Step 1:
Submit the re-registration form on Owl Central. Go to your organizations homepage on Owl Central. Click on the “MANAGE ORGANIZATION” button on your organization’s homepage.
Then click on the blue “RE-REGISTER THIS ORGANIZATION” button
You will need to include:
· The President, Vice President, and Treasurer for the Fall 2024/Spring 2025 school year
· On-campus advisor
· An updated roster
· An updated constitution
Step 1 is due by Friday August 23rd, 2024 11:45pm EST.
Step 2:
At least 2 members from your organization must complete the following:

Organization Canvas Training

Fiscal Training – Only students who have completed the fiscal training will be able to submit purchase requests on Owl Central

- All Sport Club Officers must complete Fiscal Training by August 13th, 2024.

Hazing Prevention Summit Thursday, September 26, 2024 (More information to come)
All Step 2 requirements must be met by October 5th, 2024 11:45pm EST.
Failure to complete the re-registration form will result in your organization being frozen for the school year. Frozen organizations will not be able to submit events or purchase requests on Owl Central.
