Looking to become an e-filer? For small firms looking to do it on their own, e-forms is the suggested service from the DWC.
To be able to file e-forms,
you must sign up for a logon and password and participate in a mandatory training webinar. Start by signing the e-form agreement that can be found on the website by
clicking here
.
Helpful tip: the mandatory training webinars are only offered once a month and we received word that the next one is taking place on May 1. Sign up soon or you may have to wait until the following month to participate in the training and delay your ability to e-file.

For those already signed up, here are two helpful documents with instructions for filing through EAMS:
Lastly, the DWC sent out an email April 6 announcing a new Unprocessed Document Queue (UDQ) webinar to help e-filers successfully file documents into EAMS without errors. The webinar will take place Friday, April 17.
If you're already an e-filer, you should have received the email invitation with directions to sign up. If not, send an email to
EFORMS@DIR.CA.GOV
to request an invitation to the webinar. I
nclude your UAN in the email in order to be added to the list to receive an invitation. Deadline is end of business on Wednesday, April 15.
