COVID Travel Resources
Traveling to Maui? You will need an app for that. Maui County now requires all interisland and trans-Pacific travelers to the isle to download the state’s new AlohaSafe Alert app prior to arrival or else undergo a mandatory 10-day quarantine. This is in addition to the negative COVID-19 test already required prior to travel under the state’s Safe Travels program in order to bypass the quarantine. Learn more>>>

Essential Workers Travel Exemption. Those identified as essential workers by the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) or their employers should seek written authorization prior to travel to break self-quarantine to perform their work. Learn more>>>
AlohaSafe Alert is a free, voluntary new service that helps slow the spread of COVID-19. It is the State of Hawaii’s official exposure notification app and has been developed in partnership with the Hawaii State Department of Health. Expanded COVID Dashboard. HI-EMA provides access to daily COVID-19 case counts, seven-day case averages, positivity rates, and the number of deaths caused by COVID-19. It also features a county-by-county summary of hospital resources, economic trends, and tourism. Learn more>>>
