HOTLINE FOR TESTING COMPLAINTS; USE IT! – 7/9/20
I have received complaints about centers not doing the right thing as regards testing and the like.
Centers not in compliance with the testing guidelines do a complete disservice to all of you who do the right thing. Not only is it non- compliance with EO 145, but it hurts your business if someone is not doing the right thing, and taking advantage of that fact.
As a responsible center, you should report any wrong doing that you know of.
I can tell you with absolute certainty that the Department does not tolerate this behavior, and has acted on reported centers.
You will soon be hearing of these cases, where action has been taken.
Below, find phone, e-mail and fax where to report misbehavior and complaints.
The Department will act on these, I guarantee it.
