We hope you are staying safe during this COVID-19 pandemic. We are writing to let you know The Wagner Law Group has in place contingency plans to enable us to provide services to our clients remotely, if necessary.
Within our offices, we are maintaining 'social distancing' and avoiding hand-shaking; we are regularly washing hands and wiping down surfaces; and we are following guidance of local public health authorities. We have also advised all of our personnel that they should feel free to self-quarantine if they believe it to be necessary.
Every attorney and paralegal, as well as many of our support personnel, can stay connected remotely and continue to provide services to clients, since we have, for many years, invested heavily in the technology that allows us to do this without interruption.
Our offices will remain open and available for in-person meetings and consultations until further notice. And we are ready and willing to meet with clients and colleagues remotely via video and audio conferencing or by telephone to eliminate the need for in-person meetings in most cases.
A number of clients and other advisors have asked us if we can prepare wills, trusts and other estate planning documents on an emergency basis and remotely for clients who are critically ill or unable to travel. We have, and have had for some time, this capability. If you or a loved one needs help on an expedited basis, please let us know.
In the interim, stay safe, and rest assured that this too shall pass.
