SBA funding dries up, what's next for stimulus

FAQs about PPP loans
The U.S. Treasury has issued FAQs about PPPLs. Of important note for any shops that have received their funding:

 20. Question: The amount of forgiveness of a PPP loan depends on the borrower’s payroll costs over an eight-week period; when does that eight-week period begin?

Answer: The eight-week period begins on the date the lender makes the first disbursement of the PPP loan to the borrower. The lender must make the first disbursement of the loan no later than ten calendar days from the date of loan approval.

Regional update
Dallas County residents, workers must wear masks
In addition to ordering all Dallas County residents and essential workers to wear face masks, County Judge Clay Jenkins expanded operating restrictions to include more businesses. Printers and suppliers now fall under  rules for all manufacturers and distributors (Exhibit C)  and rules for common carriers, shipper, delivery services and related companies (Exhibit E)  in the amended orders.
