The IRS has issued guidance providing tax relief under the CARES Act for taxpayers with net operating losses. Revenue Procedure 2020-24 provides guidance.

CISA lists print, packaging in essential sectors
Printers and packagers were included in the April 17 updated Guidance on the Essential Critical Infrastructure Workforce by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Cyber Security and Infrastructure Agency (CISA).
Dallas County guidance for re-opening effective today
In addition to extending stay-home language through May 15, County Judge Clay Jenkins issued rules for re-opening effective today in  Section 2.b . The Dallas County language states " Re-opened Services ” as “Retail Services that are not 'Essential Businesses’" and goes on to describe delivery of product and payment with no visitors. We believe this order applies to non-essential print and encourage you to read the updated orders fully.
