COVID-19 Measures Taken by
Arnett Carbis Toothman LLP
We would like to communicate to you the measures that Arnett Carbis Toothman (ACT) is taking to ensure the health and safety of our clients, team members, and members of our community during the COVID-19 virus pandemic. This unprecedented situation is extremely important to us and has our full attention.

We are following all of the recommended employer strategies set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and continue to be proactive in learning about and assessing the spread of the virus.

We are stressing preventive action with our team, which includes working remotely, keeping away from those who are sick, frequent hand washing, and proper respiratory etiquette. We have also instructed our client-facing team members to be flexible, exercise good judgment when going to client sites, and follow any protocols set by our clients.

We are proud to have robust technology and a culture of flexibility that enables our team members to efficiently and effectively provide client service remotely. Each of our lines of business have established remote working guidelines to help ensure we meet deadlines. To facilitate client service needs, we will be keeping our offices open with limited on-site staff. We will follow local, state, and federal regulations and guidance regarding any mandatory office closures. If any closures occur, we will communicate that to you timely.
ACT has long encouraged the utilization of our electronic file delivery system for your convenience and storage. If you do not already have electronic file access set up, please contact us to get it set up. For tax clients who have not yet delivered their information to us, please scan it and send it electronically. If you do not have electronic capabilities, please consider mailing it through U.S. mail to the attention of your ACT point-of-contact. If the above options are not viable, each of our offices are set up to accommodate dropping off information.

If you have an appointment, or were planning to visit one of our offices, please call us instead if you experiencing any of the following :

  • You are exhibiting any cold or flu like symptoms
  • You have an underlying health condition, or care for someone who does

The above policy will be in effect through March 31, 2020, at which time we will assess the current situation, and determine the appropriate next steps.

While we have made adjustments focused on the containment of COVID-19, we would like to emphasize that ACT will continue serving clients during this challenging time, and with the highest level of service possible.

On behalf of ACT, we want to assure you we take your health and well being very seriously. If you would like to speak with us regarding the impact of COVID-19 on your business or organization, we are prepared to assist you. Please do not hesitate to email or call us with questions or concerns.
