ADE has offered two School Nutrition Programs COVID-19 Update Webinars through COVID-19 Communications since June 30, 2020. Summaries of both webinars are listed below along with the weblinks to the recording and webinar slides.

What is a School Nutrition Programs COVID-19 Update Webinar?
These impromptu webinars are in response to the release of new USDA or State information that may impact program operations as it relates to COVID-19. ADE has designed these webinars to address the specific hot topic and will not reiterate information covered in previous webinars. Each webinar will allow time for questions and those related to the topic will be addressed first. Webinars will be announced within a week of the scheduled date to allow time for registration. All webinars are recorded for future viewings.
This webinar reviewed each of the five newly-released USDA waivers for National School Lunch Program for the 2020-2021 school year.

This webinar clarified the options School Food Authorities have for meal service upon the start of the school year in response to the new Executive Order.

The recordings and slides for both webinars are available on the School Nutrition Programs COVID-19 Resource Webpage, under the webinars tab.
Stay tuned for more details and communication from ADE!
