QualChoice anticipates that over the next three months, Arkansas and its residents will continue to see a rise in COVID-19 cases. We are committed to ensuring access to COVID-19 treatment services in accordance with federal and state law.
Through June 30, and extended as necessary, QualChoice will implement revised provider payment rules for fully insured group plans in an effort to support our local business clients and their employees.
To ensure that all QualChoice members have needed access to care, we are increasing the scope and scale of our use of telehealth services for all products for the duration of the COVID-19 emergency. These coverage expansions will benefit not only members who have contracted or been exposed to the novel coronavirus, but also those who need care unrelated to COVID-19. Read more.

Antibiotic Prescribing and Use for Outpatients
Antibiotic resistance is one of the most serious public health problems in the United States and threatens to return us to the time when simple infections were often fatal. QualChoice is committed to educating our members about appropriate antibiotic use. We need your help in optimizing how these drugs are prescribed and used, protecting patients from harm and combatting antibiotic resistance.
