HCC/LWCHC Provides COVID-19 Drive-Thru Testing April 30 and May 1
The Health Care Collaborative of Rural Missouri (HCC) is offering a pop-up COVID-19 testing event on Thursday, April 30 and Friday May 1 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Lexington 4 Life Center in Lexington, MO.

There will be no out of pocket costs for the test; however, if you have health insurance, Medicare or Medicaid, please bring your insurance card, along with photo identification.

Every person tested will receive a follow up phone call from one of our licensed care coordinators or providers.

If you think you have symptoms (fever, fatigue, cough, sneezing, aches and pains, runny/stuffy nose, sore throat, diarrhea, headaches, shortness of breath, loss of smell/taste) and want to be tested, you must call to speak with HCC Staff to determine eligibility for testing.

Please call 660-243-4005 between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. – before Thursday. If after 5 p.m., call 660-259-2440.
