Hello Everyone,

As a last reminder, we have updated our policy regarding the COVID-19 Freeze option. We are now offering a month to month option for members. A new form must be submitted each month, by the 20th of the current month, to be effective for the following month or dues will be charged. No exceptions. For example: submit by September 20 to freeze October, submit by October 20 to freeze November, etc.

Since we do not have a waitlist to join as a Weekend Non-Primetime member, if you are a Weekend Non-Primetime member and do not wish to utilize the facility during this time you may cancel your membership and return at your convenience.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by the 20th of the month or billing will process the following month. You may reply to this email or come into the facility to complete a designated Action Request Form for cancellation.

This month to month option will be available until further notice and the form can be found below. The form can be submitted by email, fax (818) 222-8602, or dropped off at the front desk. **If you obtained a new membership after July 1, 2020 the COVID-19 Freeze option is not available for your membership.**
