We have updated our policy regarding the COVID-19 Freeze option. As the 3 month COVID-19 membership freeze option is expiring soon, we will now be offering a month to month option for members. A new form must be submitted each month, by the 20th of the current month, to be effective for the following month or dues will be charged. No exceptions.
Primetime Tennis and Non-Primetime members, your COVID-19 Freeze expires at the end of this month, August 31, 2020. If you wish to continue with the new COVID-19 Freeze option, you will need to submit a new form by August 20, 2020 - or dues will resume in September.
Primetime Health members, your COVID-19 Freeze expires at the end of September (September 30, 2020) . If you wish to continue with the new COVID-19 Freeze option, you will need to submit a new form by September 20, 2020 - or dues will resume in October.
Since we do not have a waitlist to join as a Weekend Non-Primetime member, if you are a Weekend Non-Primetime member and do not wish to utilize the facility during this time you may cancel your membership and return at your convenience.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by August 20, 2020 to be effective for September. You may reply to this email or come into the facility to complete a designated Action Request Form for cancellation.
If your membership is not on a freeze, and you would like to utilize this option, you may also submit a form by the deadline each month.
This month to month option will be available until further notice and the form can be found below. The form can be submitted by email, fax (818) 222-8602, or dropped off at the front desk. **If you obtained a new membership after July 1, 2020 the COVID-19 Freeze option is not available for your membership.**
