Amberley Village E-News
From the Amberley Village Manager:
The Village continues to remain diligent in monitoring the current information regarding the risks and concerns of the coronavirus. Please refer to the Village Website for regular updates. The following Village-related information has been added since March 18, 2020 and is effective immediately:

  • All direct access to administrative offices will be closed. Please utilize the following forms of communication:
  • Email - refer to the Village Website for contact information
  • Phone - Administration: 531-8675 or Police/Fire (non-emergency): 531-2040
  • All payments - please utilize the online payment system (please note: there is a 2.76% surcharge for this service) or the drop box located in the Municipal Building driveway
  • Permits may be submitted via email to Village Zoning Administrator Web Brown via email at or by U.S. mail.
  • All parks will remain open; however, all playground equipment will be closed
  • All Community Room events have been cancelled and the room closed to the public until further notice. As soon as meetings scheduled for this space are able to be rescheduled, notices will be sent publicly according to regular protocol.
  • Amberley Village is reviewing possible alternatives for public meetings, including digital meetings, live streaming options and investigating state mandates on the issue. We will keep everyone informed on plans for upcoming Village meetings.

Although these closures, cancellations and modifications are needed to ensure the safety of all our residents by promoting the federal and state safety guidelines during this pandemic, please know the Village is striving each day to ensure pertinent services continue.

Please take a moment to view the updated video message below, which was prepared this morning in response to Governor DeWine's Stay at Home Order, which takes effect at 11:59 p.m. today, Monday, March 23, 2020.

As always, thank you for your ongoing patience, understanding and flexibility during this unprecedented and continually changing time.

Village Manager

Amberley Village is committed to keeping lines of communication open and accessible between residents and government officials. In this spirit, Amberley Village has incorporated Village-issued email addresses for Councilmembers into its digital communications protocol.

These measures unify the format, making it easier for residents to send a message when an issue comes to mind. The member's first initial followed by last name (no space) will get your message on its way to members of the Amberley Village Council.
