Today marks the 19th year commemoration of the tragic September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on the United States. We are sharing a post
from the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) and the NPS Center for Homeland Defense & Security (CHDS) in remembrance of all those who lost their lives on that day and those whose lives were forever changed as a result of the attacks. Three NPS-CHDS alumni share their perspectives on the significance of this historic day and what it means for all of us as Americans. Thank you to NPS and CHDS for inviting us to listen to their messages and reflect on the importance of the day.
Featured Alumni include:
John Sudnik – Chief of Department, FDNY
Joseph A. Gallucci – Deputy Chief, Counterterrorism Bureau, NYPD
Charles Good – Captain, US Navy, Chair Surface Warfare, NPS
