The City published the list of businesses receiving Local Economic Stimulus Plan (LESP) grant funds in the first of several batches to come. We will continue to update this information as more businesses receive their grant funding. Thank you to the Monterey Peninsula Chamber of Commerce and the Community Foundation for Monterey County for their help with this program.

Measure S Citywide Road Service Repair Project Coming to the Monte Vista Neighborhood - Next week we begin with concrete panel replacements (big sections of concrete in the street). The contractor will distribute notices to affected residents, and post no parking signs as needed. A full closure will remain until the concrete cures. If you are impacted by this work and need special assistance or access, please contact the Engineering Office at (831) 646-3921, or (831)646-3997.

Monterey Sports Center Updates Hours and Starts Group Exercise
The Monterey Sports Center will open at 6:00 am Monday through Thursday starting Monday, June 29. The new group exercise schedule is now posted at monterey.org/Portals/2/PDFs/Group-Exercise-Schedule-Phase-1.pdf
Use the registration button below to reserve your spot. All classes will be held outdoors on the spacious sun deck. Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in.
