Natividad Medical Center Hosts Pop-Up Testing Site Tomorrow in Monterey
Natividad Medical Center is offering a pop-up drive-thru testing site in Monterey tomorrow, July 16th, with essential hospitality workers in mind. Testing is an excellent tool to get a grip on infections and decrease the risk of new ones. This service is being limited to the first 100 participants, so it is encouraged to arrive at least an hour before start time.

CDC Fact Sheets for Young Adults
CDC has produced a series of fact sheets for young adults, ages 15-21. The fact sheets cover a variety of topics. Please share with young adults in your life!

Support Local Businesses by Following Mandated Guidelines
On Monday, July 13, the State ordered the closing of indoor operations statewide at restaurants, wineries, tasting rooms, family entertainment centers, zoos, museums and cardrooms. Bars, brewpubs, breweries, and pubs must close all operations, indoor and outdoor. This is a temporary setback to reopening the economy. If you can, please continue to support local businesses by shopping with care, ordering take-out, online shopping, and curbside pickup.

Through an emergency Covid-19 order, businesses can apply for a temporary encroachment permit at no charge so they can bring their service to the sidewalk adjacent to their establishment. Get the details at the links at the top of the page at monterey.org/building.
